Private Business Advisory

When the stakes are real

I work with business owners, founders and senior professionals responsible for decisions that carry weight - financial, reputational and personal.

Most are already successful.

Clear thinkers.
Highly capable.

Not in need of more information.

But they value having someone who can help them see what they can't see. And think it through with them.

They hold a high bar for themselves.

They want to challenge their thinking in the right way.

And have a place where they can be honest about what's really going on.

We might find ourselves talking about:

weighing opportunities

profitability vs revenue

partnership and relationship tensions

restructuring and exit decisions

leading through pressure

hiring and letting people go

These decisions are never “just business”.

We cut through the weight of it.

So you can move cleanly.

Deliberately.

Without carrying unnecessary noise.

This is a place to step outside the situation.

To see it properly.

Not all of this work happens across a desk.

We uncover not just the surface version, but the truth of what’s actually going on.

Seeing what wasn't visible before.

The pressure.
The trade-offs.
The decisions that are being avoided, rushed, or underneath and waiting.

The nature of the work

This is not typically a single conversation.

Some people come to think something through over 6 sessions.
Others work with me over 6 months, meeting fortnightly.

Often we continue over time as situations evolve, decisions unfold and new considerations emerge.

There is no fixed structure.

Simply ongoing, confidential conversations when needed.

The engagement is shaped around the nature of the work.

If you’re navigating something that would benefit from being thought through properly with someone independent, you’re welcome to reach out.

“Sarah brings seasoned judgement to both the commercial realities and the personal responsibility of being in business.”

We acknowledge the Kaurna people of the Adelaide plains.
The traditional custodians of the land on which we live & work.
We pay our respect to elders past and present.
