Working with me...

Typically I meet with my clients for 2 sessions per month over zoom or in person. We initially capture an understanding of desired outcomes for coaching & the issues you're wanting support to navigate. My style of coaching is not prescriptive - we find the way that works for you with the benefit of my experience to lean on. The sessions are 'client led' which means we work on whatever you bring to the session that day.

 

Over time your commitment to a series of coaching conversations can bring powerful insights in an instant & sometimes they're more subtle over time. We create together your personalised plan for growth, financial stability, stronger systems, clearer agreements & effective communication with your staff. We build for you a reinforced sense of control over where the business is going & ongoing confidence in your capacity to deal with all the situations that arise.
