About Sarah

I’ve spent 25 years making decisions with real consequence: financial, reputational and personal.

From opening my first business in my twenties to operating fourteen venues with teams, leases, partners and risk that didn’t stop when the doors closed. I’ve lived the pressure most people only speak about in theory.

I’ve been responsible for livelihoods, negotiated with landlords and suppliers, made hard calls on hiring and letting go, and sat with decisions that shaped far more than a balance sheet.

Those moments stay with you.
They sharpen how you think.
They change how you lead.
It’s why I do this work.

I work with founders, principals, medical specialists and senior professionals who operate in that same territory. People who think well under pressure and want what's next for themselves.

People who don’t need more frameworks, but want a private room with someone who understands commercial stakes and can meet them at the level they operate.

The work is simple: clear thinking, honest conversation, better decisions... challenging yourself and your next level.
We focus on what’s real, remove what’s noise and move the work forward.

There’s no program, no set curriculum, no agenda from my end.
We work on what matters, when it matters.

I hold a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting), ICF professional coach training, and multiple national business awards — but it’s the lived reality that defines my advisory work.
Today, I also advise women in business and leadership organisations across South Australia.

If you’re sitting at a moment that deserves higher-level thinking, reach out.
If you’re ready for your next edge, I’m the right person in the room.

If the timing is right, we begin.
